How We Operate
We have been operating in the construction sector in Italy since 2013. We operate in the residential and commercial construction sector, trying to best satisfy the needs that the customer places on us. We also deal with the various construction practices with the various public administration bodies. For the various works and phases we make use of various professionals competent for the various sectors and phases of construction.
Who carries out the Construction Practice?
For construction practices, such as planning, compilation of the construction practice and sending via electronic communication, we make use of professionals in the sector such as surveyors, architects and engineers regularly registered in the register. Each of them carries out an important task in the various phases, such as the graphic building design by the surveyor in charge. The part of the structural calculations that is carried out by the Structural Engineer in charge. The Interior Design and Aesthetics are taken care of down to the smallest details by the Architect who is commissioned. Once the application has been prepared, it is transmitted electronically by one of the three appointed professionals.
Who built and completed the house?
We avail ourselves of the collaboration of an established Canadian company for the construction of every single element of our homes. Once the Construction in the Production Plant is completed, the structure is sent via Cargo Ship to the Relevant Destination. In Italy for Assembly we make use of specific professionals from the wood sector. For the plant engineering part we make use of companies specialized in the hydraulic and electrical sector, respecting all safety regulations in the sector. At the end of the construction our houses are delivered complete with all the certifications relating to their habitability and from an energy point of view.
