Technical Specifications of our Green Building Homes.
Its load-bearing structure has walls 35cm thick insulated with wood fiber (foam). It is built with laminated fir and oak wood. The structure follows anti-seismic criteria. They are equipped with PVC windows or, upon customer request, also in wood but with shatterproof glass with double glazing 3cm thick. The heating of the homes is underfloor and is powered by a heat pump. The houses are powered entirely by green energy produced by photovoltaic panels, guaranteeing a daily production of 10kw/h. The energy in sur-plus is stored in VICTRON brand storage batteries, leader in the energy sector. Its energy classification is "A4". The structure is built at our Canadian correspondent in the Ontario region, who, depending on the Model chosen, requires times that vary between 3 months and 5 months. For on-site assembly, the times also vary in the order of 1/3 working months for turnkey.
The following are excluded from each Formula and are the responsibility of the Client:
- The design and related 2D/3D graphic processing of the building to be built for obtaining the Building Permit. For a total cost of €6,500 + VAT at 22%. The connections to utilities. Any external works to arrange the garden and create access roads. The Stall (Depending on the square meters of the house) Any fencing works and entrance gate. The PSC (Construction Safety Plan) which is calculated on a percentage of 5% of the taxable amount of the works to be carried out. The Works Management. (Also quantified based on the assembly period) The furnishings of the house.
