From here starts your journey to find out if it is possible to realize your life project. For the first stage you must/must provide the following documentation:


    Identity document and valid health card. (If a couple or family, provide the documents of both) The last 3 pay slips. (If a couple of both) The last 3 utilities paid. The last tax return filed with the Revenue Agency. (CUD of both or Form 730). Copy of the Employment Contract showing at least 5 years of seniority in the current workplace.

Investigation and Approval Phase of the "Insured Credit"

After 20 working days we will receive the outcome of the request made and if positive we could proceed with the stipulation of the "Property Contract to be Built".

Upon signing the contract you will be asked to pay 30% of the amount of the sale via bank transfer made by the bank where you have the account. Please note that the installments will be debited monthly to the same account from which the "Deposit Transfer/Confirmation Deposit" starts.

The reason to be included in the bank transfer must contain the same wording that will be provided to you at the time of sale. Once the bank transfer has been made and upon receipt we will proceed with the commissioning of your New Home.


Design Phase.

What It Includes

From this moment you will have to provide us with the following documents:


    Deed of Sale of the Land or title deed. Land registry certificate (CDU) of the land. Copy of any charges paid.


After you have provided us with these documents we will start with the design phase which will include:


    2D/3D Graphic Design of the Property to be Built (If it is not already present in our archives and if you have not chosen it through our online catalogue)
    design documents; additional documents required for the specific intervention; declaration of conformity signed by the designer. POS (Operational Safety Plan) to be borne by the construction company. PSC (Construction Safety Plan) which will be borne by the Client. The present is calculated according to a specific range on the taxable amount of the works to be carried out which starts from 3% up to 5%. It is calculated at the time of deposit. Request for connections of the various network users (electricity, gas, water, sewerage).
