Overview of our Renovation service.

The works for the complete renovation of your apartment include:

    Loading and unloading of materials and supplies for the entire duration of the construction site Demolition, removal and reconstruction of walls, false ceilings, plasters, screeds, installation of floors, skirting boards and coverings Creation of new technological systems (plumbing, electrical, gas, thermo-hydraulic, air conditioning, home automation, radiant floors) Smoothing, sanding and painting of walls and ceilings Assembly of doors, sanitary appliances, lighting fixtures, boilers and air conditioners.

Preliminary estimate

The preliminary estimate includes only the building materials strictly necessary for the realization of the indicated works and in the necessary quantities, such as:


    cement; 13 mm thick plasterboard metal structures; bricks; electric and corrugated cables; elements to protect passage areas; Ø 16 and 20 multilayer pipe and fittings; Plaster, smoothing compound; Cement and sand for screed; Ø 16 gas ball valves and boxes per section; Multilayer pipe for heating / cooling / sanitary water Ø 16 and 20; Manifold and cassette for heating / cooling; Polypropylene pipe and 90° bends for drain Ø 40, 50 and 110; Siphoned cassette with 4 inlets; Pipe copper Ø ¼ 3/8, box, exhaust, for air conditioners; Electrical panel; mesh and corner protectors where necessary.

The following are excluded from the estimate:

    costs for preliminary and executive planning; costs for the professional services of architects, engineers etc.; administrative costs for the presentation of building documents; costs for works management; safety costs; costs for safety coordination ;finishing materials; as such we mean: tiles, coverings, sanitary fixtures, taps, siphons, stucco glues, internal and external fixtures, lighting elements, heating and cooling devices, furniture.

The detailed estimate includes:

    The costs for all building works requested by the customer at the time of signing this document, including the material strictly necessary for the execution of the same such as (cement, bricks, electrical wires, plastic pipes, corrugated, etc.). the costs of professional activities of architects, engineers, etc. for preliminary design activities. the costs of the finishes chosen by the client from PROMETEUS SRL partners only if the client has selected them at the time of the detailed estimate. Finishes include the following materials: tiles, sanitary fixtures, coverings, taps, internal and external fixtures, lighting elements, heating and cooling devices, furniture, etc. transport costs for the materials ordered; safety costs.

The detailed estimate excludes:

    The costs of any changes to building works during construction and the professional costs for such changes; the costs of any finishes requested during construction and transport costs; the costs for stamp duty, taxes, inherent to administrative procedures; the costs for safety coordination (it is something different from safety charges); the costs for the professional activities of executive planning, structural presentation of administrative practices, and DL.

OUR TURNKEY SERVICE.

PROMETEUS SRL's Turnkey Renovation service is based on the idea of a single interlocutor who follows and takes care of all activities from the initial inspection to delivery.

The single point of contact for the Turnkey service is the qualified professional who is responsible for following the construction site from the first inspection to the delivery of the keys to the property, supporting the customer in relationships with suppliers, in the choice of materials and informing him on the developments of the worksite.

This qualified professional (Surveyor, Architect, Engineer) is the technician who is sent by PROMETEUS SRL to the client's home for the first inspection, free of charge for the client, and will be responsible for collecting the information necessary for the preliminary design phase.

For the implementation of any services of a nature other than the preliminary design, such as executive design, works management, safety coordination, static, structural or engineering design, the consumer can alternatively appoint a professional collaborator of PROMETEUS SRL or one or more trusted professionals, who will in any case be paid by the client on the basis of a work performance contract different from the contract concluded with PROMETEUS SRL.

Only in the event that the customer chooses a collaborator of PROMETEUS SRL, the compensation for the activity performed will be indicated (but not included), for mere convenience, in the detailed estimate for the renovation.
